I spent years in finance building a career around numbers, analysis, and long-term thinking. But the more I looked at the property restoration industry, the more I saw something that genuinely bothered me: homeowners dealing with one of the most stressful situations of their lives, and too often being met with slow response times, poor communication, and sloppy documentation that left them holding the bag with their insurance company. The industry was, and in many markets still is, wildly unsophisticated.
So I decided to do something about it.
I started Evergreen Restoration because I believe there is a real opportunity to build a restoration company that actually does the job right. Not just fast, but thoroughly.
